Community-Based Services Reviewer I

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing projects, analyzing and summarizing data, and ensuring services adhere to applicable laws and policies. A key component of this position involves gathering input from children, youth, individuals, and families, and working collaboratively with providers and colleagues to identify system improvements and promote best practices. The successful candidate will have experience assessing service quality, recognizing potential risks, and formulating clear, concise recommendations for improvement. Key responsibilities and day to day responsibilities of this position: Assisting with determining the scope and objective of reviews/projects. Identifying and promoting strengths in provider and clinical practices. Gathering input from children, youth, individuals and families regarding services. Working with colleagues to obtain information necessary to complete reviews/projects. Analyzing and summarizing data. Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and department policies. Recognizing existing and potential weaknesses and providing recommendations for improvement. Gathering documentation to create work papers necessary to support your review findings. Identifying trends in the review process for system improvement. Writes clear and concise reports. Collaborating with providers and teams to identify how to strengthen services.
