Work Locations will be Statewide. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for compassionate, structured, and driven individuals. While the following attributes represent our ideal candidate, we encourage all interested individuals to apply , as we are willing to underfill the position at a Caseworker I level for the right applicant. Experience: Proven background in case management principles. Communication: Exceptional verbal, reading, and written communication skills. Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with risk assessments and criminogenic risk factors. Demographic Competency: A solid, foundational understanding of working with justice-involved women.
