Physical Therapist

Key responsibilities and day to day responsibilities of this position: Provide family centered developmentally appropriate physical therapy services to infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) Deliver services in the child's natural environment such as the family home Evaluate infants and toddlers to assess gross motor development, mobility, posture, strength and functional abilities Develop and implement individualized family support plans based on family priorities Provide direct physical therapy services using evidence based practices Coach and educate caregivers to embed strategies into daily routines Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Travel to home and community based service locations
