Stationary Engineer III

This position is full-time, reports directly to the Chief Engineer and will perform routine and emergency tasks in the operation, maintenance, and repair of all heating, ventilating, refrigeration, air conditioning and other mechanical power equipment. Specific responsibilities include: operating, maintaining and repairing Central Plant Boilers, Chillers, Pumps and other HVAC equipment on logs, charts, and graphs: monitoring and operating computerized energy management control systems; regulating and adjusting HVAC equipment in campus buildings to maintain pre-determined temperatures and humidity, as well as monitoring Central Plant water treatments and water softening system.
