We are hiring a

Technical Writer

to own end-to-end product documentation - including FSDs, manuals, API guides, and internal playbooks — ensuring clarity, structure, and consistency across teams.

The Hats You Will Wear

• Create and maintain FSDs, user manuals, API & integration guides
• Translate complex product and fintech workflows into clear, structured documents
• Manage centralized documentation (Notion/Confluence) with proper versioning & ownership charter
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain documentation standards, templates, and governance
• Leverage AI tools for drafting, summarization, and standardization

The Perfect Fit

• 2 - 5 years in technical writing
• Strong experience with FSDs, APIs, and system documentation
• Understanding of APIs and backend workflows
• Proficiency in tools like Notion, Confluence, and LaTeX (Overleaf) for professional documentation
• Excellent written communication and structured thinking

Experience in SaaS or Fintech
