Location

Daily reporting to

Residential Solar Installer

Assembly

Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.

Mechanical

Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.

Support

Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.

Requirement

Previous

• Solar Installation experience
• and comfort with heights/roof work.

Physical Grit

• Ability to lift
• 50+ lbs
• , climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (attics/roofs).

Technical Skill

Proficiency with power tools and a "get it done right" attitude.

Reliability

A valid, clean driver’s license and a commitment to 40+ hour weeks
