Deputy CHRO

Grade: M4/M5 Location: Mansa Roles & Responsibilities: · Act as a strategic partner to the CHRO, driving HR initiatives in alignment with the organization’s long-term vision and goals. · Lead Industrial Relations (IR) and ensure harmonious labor relations across all units through proactive engagement with workmen, unions, and legal bodies. · Liaise extensively with key internal stakeholders and external entities, including government officials, statutory bodies, and regulatory authorities, to ensure compliance and foster strong institutional relationships. · Oversee talent acquisition, retention strategies, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with business needs and future readiness. · Ensure all HR and IR policies are in full compliance with labor laws, industry standards, and Vedanta Group’s internal guidelines. · Drive digital transformation and automation across all HR verticals to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. Experience & Qualification: · Educational Qualification: MBA/M.A (HR/Personnel Management), SHRM / SPHRI certification will be appreciated. · Relevant Experience: 8 - 10 years · Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management, employees and Stakeholder · Strong knowledge of labor relations and statutory compliance around the same
