Head Refractory – VAB

Role : Head Refractory – VAB Grade: M4/M5 Location: Goa Roles & Responsibilities: Ensure safe refractory maintenance execution through strict compliance with procedures, permits, PPE, and safety training, targeting zero LTIs. Manage timely procurement of refractory materials while optimizing inventory and usage to meet business goals and reduce costs. Track refractory equipment condition and life through report analysis and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Ensure effective implementation of AO and VSAP systems to drive compliance, productivity, reliability, and performance improvements. Control maintenance costs through strategic planning and efficient use of refractory resources without impacting operations. Develop and motivate teams through regular training and strong collaboration with contract workers for smooth refractory operations. Qualification & Exp: B. Tech/B.E. Refractory with 6 -10 yrs. of relevant experience.
