About the Civilian Work Attachment

Cummins is proud to support the Armed Forces community through our Civilian Work Attachment (CWA) Programme, delivered in partnership with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP).

This two-week placement has been designed to help Service Leavers gain practical experience within a global engineering organisation, providing valuable insight into civilian industry while exploring how the skills developed during military service can be applied within health, safety and environmental management.

Working alongside experienced HSE professionals, you'll gain an understanding of how safe working practices, environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance are embedded into everyday operations across a busy engineering and manufacturing site.
