Retail Manager - Cotton On Malaysia

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring retail leader to join us as Retail Manager. You will be the voice of our stores—championing the retail team, elevating the customer experience, and ensuring our Brand DNA comes to life in every interaction. You will lead your team to drive performance through exceptional in-store execution, customer-obsessed behaviours, and strong commercial focus.

You will partner closely with VM, Merchandise and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, country-relevant store experiences, while coaching leaders to make data-led decisions, optimize wage spend, and uphold risk and compliance standards. You’ll foster a connected, motivated team culture built on storytelling, collaboration and shared success.
