Principal Engineer I Process Engineering

Job Purpose: Bonding process engineer lead optimization, control and validation with OCA and LOCA processes for displays and tactile modules into a clean room ISO 7 to warranty zero defects assuring accomplishment of normative for contamination controls. Experience required • Product book administration (PFMEA, Control plans, Core Tools) • Structure of BOMs definition. • 8Ds analysis and multidisciplinary team collaborations. • Customer failure analysis. • Reading and interpretation of engineering specifications, electrical and mechanical diagrams. • Develop plans to improve KEY operational metrics (BTS, Scrap, QUAs, WC, CR, FTT, DL cost). • Participation and collaboration in kaizen improvement. • Carry out process engineering studies (Gage R&R, CPK ’s , Dimensional studies and Strength gages). Critical experiences required : • Compliance with ISO 14644 and ESD requirements. • Engineering process • Manufacturing process • Six sigma projects • Communication skills • Quality tools
