a) Answer the question, fix the trouble, investigate the problem for End User Computing b) Install the OS on the client PC and deliver to user. c) Install and manage the Printer. d) Install and manage the LAN equipment. e) Install and manage the Windows2019/2022 & Linux Servers. f) Install and manage the backup server. g) Install and manage the Teams DR & IPT equipment. h) Install and manage the Fax/Copy/Scanner multi-functional equipment. i) Using ServiceNow tool for Request, Incident, Problem and Change Order management j) Submit the Purchase Request in VIPER for purchasing k) Manage the Fixed Asset Inventory and CI (Configuration Item) in the CMDB (Configuration Management Data Base) using ServiceNow tool. l) Create the user operation manual m) Working with global team for test or any trouble shooting 1) More than 5 years’ experience for IT End user support. 2) Good knowledge of Windows7/10/11, and more than 3 years usage experience 3) Good knowledge of Office 365, and more than 3 years usage experience 4) Fair English communication skill (reading/writing/listing/speaking) Job Description Template Not Found
