Job Purpose: Administration, monitoring and development of processes during the product and process stages of Launch, Production and transfer to service. Key Job Responsibilities: · Administration of product and process. · Product book administration (PFMEA, Control plans, Core Tools). · Structure of BOMs definition. · Product Part Numbers registration in QAD systems. · 8Ds analysis and multidisciplinary team collaborations. · Customer failure analysis. · Reading and interpretation of engineering specifications, electrical and mechanical diagrams. · Develop plans to improve KEY operational metrics (Scrap, BTS, FTT, PPMs). · Participation and collaboration in kaizen improvement. · Complete assigned VECA/LPA audits on a timely manner · Carry out process engineering studies (R&R, cpk, dimensional studies and Strength gages). · Functional test, efficiency tools and poka yokes implementations. · QPS and process documentation design, improve and monitoring.
