Indirect Purchasing Buyer – Professional Services Detailed Roles & Responsibilities · Own the full procurement lifecycle including requirement intake, SOW validation, RFQ creation, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order execution. · Develop clear and comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics. · Lead contract and agreement management including MSA, SOW, rate cards, and milestone-based contracts. · Ensure contractual compliance with company terms, confidentiality agreements (NDA), and intellectual property protection clauses. · Drive competitive sourcing using Approved Vendor List (AVL) and ensure selection based on capability, cost, and risk. · Coordinate sourcing approvals including Sourcing Board reviews for higher spend engagements. · Ensure compliance with quality (IATF) and information security (ISO 27001/TISAX) requirements where applicable. · Monitor supplier performance on deliverables, quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction. · Drive continuous improvement through supplier development plans and performance reviews. · Deliver cost savings through negotiation, rate benchmarking, and demand consolidation.
