Senior HR Manager - Regional Head (Western Europe)

Support the execution of the global HR strategy and ensure its effective implementation across the region. Lead and support regional HR transformation initiatives, including the implementation of a new HR Management System and other digital HR solutions. Contribute to talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs to strengthen organizational capability and build future talent pipelines. Support the design and implementation of performance management processes, fostering a high-performance and accountability-driven culture. Strengthen HR governance and reporting frameworks, enabling consistency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making. Drive collaboration with regional and global stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment between local business needs and global priorities. Collaborate with country HR leaders in the Learning Development area to promote employee professional development, leadership competencies, and organizational development across the region. Support organizational change initiatives and help drive business transformation across the countries within the region. Provide hands-on operational HR support where local HR resources are limited, including recruitment activities, employee matters, HR processes, and supporting local management in delivering key HR initiatives. This also includes strategic and operational HR consulting for regional leadership teams across all core areas of human resources.
