Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Field Partners in Vadodara to ensure successful implementation of projects and initiatives
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance and productivity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders
• Prepare and present reports on team performance and project outcomes to senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2-4 years of experience in a leadership role in the Field Partner Team department
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
