Customer Solutions Specialist - Level 1

In this hourly position you’ll learn multiple, complex benefit plans (mostly retirement benefits) to provide first call resolution to participants, and their approved associates. Calls can vary from helping participants understand their benefits, get updates on current benefit processes, access systems, or complete self-service tasks. You’ll also be responsible for securing accounts before assisting the participant. Individuals who excel in this role: Want to not only know what the correct answer is but why it’s the correct answer. Are process oriented. Are comfortable utilizing multiple systems at the same time. Have a customer service heart.
