Senior Production Controller

Perform monthly analysis of production figures and key manufacturing performance indicators. Analyze production cost deviations and identify root causes and improvement opportunities. Monitor and evaluate capacity utilization, including the impact of idle capacity on production costs. Develop and maintain production controlling guidelines, standards, and best practices. Lead the implementation and rollout of production controlling processes across local entities. Ensure consistent application of production costing methodologies and reporting standards. Collaborate with finance, operations, and local management teams to improve production performance and cost transparency. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning, costing, and operational efficiency.
