Junior Biodiversity Specialist & ESG Coordinator

Support the planning and implementation of biodiversity and sustainability initiatives across the organization. Contribute to ESG projects and help monitor environmental developments, trends, and performance indicators. Collect, analyze, and report ESG and non-financial KPI data for internal and external stakeholders. Assist in preparing sustainability reports, presentations, and communication materials. Support the coordination of stakeholder engagement activities, including collaboration with local communities, business partners, NGOs, and other external organizations. Help organize community outreach activities, internal events, site visits, fairs, and other initiatives that strengthen the company's positive environmental and social impact. Build and maintain relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders. Support cross-functional sustainability projects and collaborate with business leaders on biodiversity and community-related initiatives. Monitor regulatory developments and emerging sustainability and biodiversity trends and contribute to their implementation within the business. Support the Corporate Sustainability Program Project Management.
