Compliance Manager

Support the further development and enhancement of the Group Compliance Program and Compliance Management System. Coordinate and continuously improve the Group Whistleblowing System, including case management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Conduct compliance risk assessments and support the development of mitigation measures. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compliance controls and recommend improvements where necessary. Support the maintenance and regular review of Group policies, guidelines, and compliance standards. Monitor regulatory developments and ensure the timely implementation of relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Promote a culture of ethics, integrity, and accountability throughout the organization. Collaborate with business functions to embed compliance into day-to-day operations and business processes. Conduct compliance reviews and support internal investigations where required. Provide advice, training, and support to employees on compliance-related matters.
