Manufacturing Engineer

Support day‑to‑day manufacturing operations by troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions. Monitor process performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements in quality, throughput, and cost. Ensure processes remain stable, capable, and aligned with production requirements. Design, specify, and source tooling, jigs, and fixtures to improve repeatability and operator ergonomics. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to validate tooling performance and ensure readiness for production. Maintain documentation and lifecycle management for all process‑related equipment. Lead the industrialisation of new products introductions, ensuring smooth transition from R D to Operations. Develop and validate manufacturing methods, including PFMEAs, control plans, and process capability studies. Support design‑for‑manufacture (DFM) activities with engineering teams. Create, update, and maintain clear, accurate work instructions and standard operating procedures. Ensure documentation reflects current best practices and complies with quality and regulatory requirements. Train operators and technicians on new or updated processes. Own the creation and maintenance of ERP routings and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Ensure manufacturing master data accurately represents real‑world processes and supports efficient planning. Collaborate with planning, supply chain, and engineering to maintain configuration control. Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to deliver robust manufacturing solutions. Participate in cross‑functional problem‑solving activities, including root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement projects. Support R D with new process development as required. Support audits, customer visits, and internal reviews with process expertise.
