About The Role

What You Will Do: Quality Data Analysis: Collect and evaluatee customer quality data to identify trends and determine root causes of quality issues. Project Management: Lead smallscale quality improvement projects, ensuring effective implementation of solutions within established timelines. Crossfunctional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, production, and support teams to resolve customer quality concerns and enhance product standards. Quality Assurance Development: Design and implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices. Technical Customer Support: Provide expert technical support to customers, addressing complex qualityrelated inquiries and facilitating timely resolutions. What You Will Need: Quality Assurance: Expertise in implementing and managing quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction. Root Cause Analysis: Proficient in identifying underlying causes of quality issues to devise effective solutions. Project Management: Skilled in leading and coordinating quality improvement projects from inception to completion. Statistical Analysis: Ability to analyze quality metrics using statistical tools to inform decisionmaking. Crossfunctional Collaboration: Experienced in working with diverse teams to integrate quality processes across departments. Advanced Problem Solving: Capacity to tackle complex quality challenges with innovative and effective approaches. Technical Documentation: Proficient in creating comprehensive quality reports and maintaining accurate documentation. Continuous Improvement: Knowledgeable in applying continuous improvement methodologies to enhance quality processes. Communication: Effective in conveying complex quality information clearly to stakeholders and team members. Customer Focus: Strong ability to understand and meet customer quality requirements and expectations. What You Will Gain: Salary range from 12 000 to 18 500 PLN gross – depending on experience.
