<1.Work> in analytical and bioanalytical groups to provide analytical activities needed for drug discovery and development

2.Optimize work flow and identify and implement new technologies to improve quality and efficiency of the work

3.Evaluate requests from clients and propose reasonable study plans

4.Provide technical trainings and coaches to team members to solve project challenges

5.Closely and timely communicate with internal and external clients on project progress details

1.Doctoral (Ph.D.) degree in analytical field and working experience is preferred

2.Experience with bioanalytical and CMC analytical services for discovery and development.

3.Hands-on expertise in analytical and bioanalytical method development, troubleshooting, and validation experience using various techniques such as LC/LCMSMS, GC/GCMS(MS) as well as protein quantitation.

4.Self-motivated, excellent time management, organizational, and proven problem-solving skills.

5.Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize objectives, and manage resources to achieve established deadlines.

6.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

7.Fluent in both English and mandarin Chinese.
