Peptide In Vitro Assay Group Leader(J23207)

We are in search of a peptide-focused assay development group leader with both technical and people management responsibilities:

1. Internal R&D work: Follow cutting-edge technology and new trends in field for technology development. Need to work collaboratively with other groups for integrated project.
2. Group management： facilitate technology team management for daily work arrangement.
3. Client service: facilitate group in client engagement, proposal drafting, project execution, data analysis/QC and reporting responsibilities.
4. Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Molecular biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
5. Solid experience with in vitro assay development and deep understanding of peptide field, preferred to have at least 2-3 year of working experience in pharmaceutical field.
6. Experience managing people or leading groups, with good skills in problem solving, decision making, empathy, planning and strategizing.
7. Excellent scientific communication skills (both written and verbal). Good at multitasking and time management. Willing to take more responsibilities when required.
