• 1.负责全厂设施报修处理，设施技改项目评估和执行。
• Responsible for facility repair request handle and technical reform request assess and executive.
• 2.厂房设施和洁净室相关SOP，TWI和图纸技术文件起草和改版。
• Maintain and update the SOPs, TWI and drawing technical documents related to facility and cleanroom.
• 3.虫控服务供应商管理及日常虫控工作。
• Manage pest control vendor and routine work.

1. 备件库存管理，确保备件实物和清单保持一致。

Manage spare parts inventory to ensure that the physical spare parts are consistent with the list.

1. 与各用户部门保持团队合作，以及良好沟通，充分了解客户需求，并切实予以跟进落实，提升FM服务满意度。

Maintain teamwork with all user departments, as well as good communication, fully understand customer needs, and effectively follow up and implement them to improve FM service satisfaction.

1. 对相关技术员进行岗位指导和帮助，促进能力提高和人员发展。

• Providing post guidance and assistance to relevant technicians to promote capacity improvement and personnel development.
