About The Role

Monitor and manage non-clinical ADME-PK studies and integrated drug discovery to development programs
Communicate proactively with clients and propose ADME-PK study designs/program strategies to address key technical issues or potential risks
Work as a study director on each study including but not limited to below list,

 Prepare high quality study protocol/design
 Lead the internal meeting for scientific discussion and share study information clearly and in time
 Oversee data collection, interpretation, analysis, documentation and results reporting
 Deliver feedback and report to clients in a timely manner and maintain good relationship with existing clients

Work directly with all levels of management to address key technology information or lead scientific discussion cross-functional teams/departments
Be able to consolidate in vitro/in vivo data, and present in DMPK program review. Invite advices and advocate scientific discussions as needed
Work with sales/marketing team on business development
Majored in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Science, Analytical Science, Pharmacology, Medicinal Chemistry or other related fields, Ph.D. is preferred
More than 5 years experiences in contract research organization, academia, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
Fluent in both English and Chinese (verbal and written)
Excellent skills on communication
