About The Role

Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of scientists, responsible for team expansion, training, and daily operations. Ensure compliance with EH&S and operational requirements.
Optimize the existing in vivo assay on Immunological disease and inflammation platforms and develop new capabilities to meet evolving market demands.
Cultivate and expand the customer base on a global scale, promoting platform services through collaboration with the business development and marketing teams.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various functions within the department, division, and company to enhance client services and build capabilities.
Establish and maintain productive communication and relationships with worldwide business partners, fostering strong business ties with internal and external clients.
Stay current with the latest scientific advancements and industry trends in immunology and inflammation research.
Provide scientific support to Business Development teams and clients, addressing inquiries about WuXi Biology's in vivo capabilities and data packages, working closely with the global team.

Ph.D. in biological sciences, with over 10 years of industry experience in in vivo pharmacology, specifically within the areas of immunology and inflammation.
A strong track record of publications in animal studies, inflammation and immune research, along with demonstrated experience in experimental design and execution within an industrial setting.
Extensive experience with a variety of in vivo models of immunological and inflammatory diseases.
In-depth knowledge of cellular signaling pathways and familiarity with cutting-edge technologies.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese communication.
Ability to work with a large customer base and a dynamic supporting team to drive robust business growth.
Strong leadership and people management skills in an industrial setting.
