我们正在寻找一位具有深厚计算机科学背景的AI专家,加入神经生物学研究团队。该岗位将聚焦于AI算法在神经科学领域的创新应用,涵盖动物行为学视频分析、医学影像与病理数据的智能解读,以及化合物透脑能力与毒性的预测建模等。
We are seeking an AI Specialist with a strong computer science background to join our neurobiology research team. This role focuses on innovative applications of AI algorithms in neuroscience, including animal behavioral video analysis, intelligent interpretation of medical imaging and pathology data, and predictive modeling for compound brain penetration and toxicity, etc.
主要职责 / Key Responsibilities
- 动物行为学视频分析算法开发
设计并开发基于计算机视觉和深度学习的算法,用于自动化采集、追踪和分析动物行为学视频数据,提取关键行为学指标。
Animal Behavioral Video Analysis Algorithm Development: Design and develop computer vision and deep learning-based algorithms for automated collection, tracking, and analysis of animal behavioral video data, extracting key behavioral metrics.
- 影像数据与病理数据分析解读
构建AI模型对神经生物学相关的影像数据(如MRI、CT、荧光成像等)及病理切片数据进行智能分析与解读,辅助研究决策。
Imaging and Pathology Data Analysis & Interpretation: Build AI models to intelligently analyze and interpret neurobiology-related imaging data (e.g., MRI, CT, fluorescence imaging) and pathology slide data, supporting research decision-making.
- 化合物透脑能力与毒性预测
利用机器学习和计算方法,建立化合物透脑能力(BBB渗透性)及毒性的预测模型,加速药物发现与安全性评估流程。
Compound Brain Penetration and Toxicity Prediction: Leverage machine learning and computational methods to establish predictive models for compound blood-brain barrier (BBB) penetration and toxicity, accelerating drug discovery and safety assessment workflows.
- 与生物学、药理学团队紧密协作,将AI解决方案整合到药物研发工作流中。
Collaborate closely with biology and pharmacology teams to integrate AI solutions into the drug development workflow.
- 跟踪前沿AI技术进展,评估并引入适用于神经生物学研究的新方法、新工具。
- Stay current with cutting-edge AI advancements, evaluate and introduce new methods and tools applicable to neurobiology research.
- 任职要求 / Qualifications
- ● 学历:计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习或相关专业硕士及以上学历。
- Education: Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
- ● 工作经验:5年以上相关领域工作经验。
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- ● 核心技能:在视频数据分析和图像数据分析方面具有丰富经验,熟练掌握深度学习框架(如PyTorch、TensorFlow等)。
- Core Skills: Extensive experience in video data analysis and image data analysis; proficient in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- ● 编程能力:精通Python,熟悉C++、R等语言者优先;具备良好的软件工程实践。
- Programming: Proficient in Python; familiarity with C++, R, or other languages is a plus; solid software engineering practices.
- ● 语言能力:中英文读写流利,能够进行专业的学术交流。
- Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English for professional academic communication.
- 优先条件 / Preferred Qualifications
- ● 具有神经生物学、药理学或相关生命科学领域研究背景者优先。
- Research background in neurobiology, pharmacology, or related life science fields is preferred.
- ● 有药物发现、ADMET预测或计算毒理学项目经验者优先。
- Experience in drug discovery, ADMET prediction, or computational toxicology projects is preferred.
- ● 在动物行为学分析(如DeepLabCut、EthoVision等相关工具)方面有实践经验者优先。
- Practical experience with animal behavioral analysis tools (e.g., DeepLabCut, EthoVision) is preferred.
- ● 有高水平学术论文发表记录者优先。
- A track record of publications in high-impact academic journals is preferred.
