About The Role
职位概述 / Position Summary
我们正在寻找一位在阿尔茨海默病(AD)研究领域具有深厚学术造诣和产业经验的资深科学家,担任AD研究方向负责人(主任级别)。该岗位将全面领导AD方向的体内药理学研究,涵盖团队管理、客户项目对接、研究方案设计与执行、跨部门协作等核心职能,推动公司在AD药物发现领域的技术平台建设和业务拓展。
We are seeking a senior scientist with deep academic expertise and extensive industry experience in Alzheimer's disease (AD) research to serve as the Director / Principal Scientist leading our AD research direction. This role will comprehensively lead in vivo pharmacology research in the AD area, encompassing team management, client engagement, research design and execution, and cross-functional collaboration, driving the company's technology platform development and business expansion in AD drug discovery.
岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities
科学研究与技术领导 / Scientific Research & Technical Leadership
- AD研究项目设计与执行:主导设计和执行阿尔茨海默病相关的PKPD、药理药效学,涵盖Aβ病理、tau蛋白病变、神经炎症、突触功能障碍等核心病理机制的药物干预研究,确保研究方案的科学性和数据的可靠性。
AD Research Project Design & Execution: Lead the design and execution of PKPD, efficacy studies for Alzheimer's disease, covering drug intervention research targeting core pathological mechanisms including Aβ pathology, tau protein pathology, neuroinflammation, and synaptic dysfunction, ensuring scientific rigor and data reliability.
- AD动物模型体系建设与优化:负责AD相关转基因动物模型(如APP/PS1、5xFAD、3xTg、tau转基因模型、以及复杂前沿的多转基因动物模型等)的管理和质量控制,建立和优化行为学评价范式(如Morris水迷宫、新物体识别、恐惧条件反射等),提升模型在药物筛选中的预测价值。
AD Animal Model System Development & Optimization: Oversee the management, and quality control of AD-related transgenic animal models (e.g., APP/PS1, 5xFAD, 3xTg, tau transgenic, and advanced multi-transgenic models), establish and optimize behavioral assessment paradigms (e.g., Morris water maze, novel object recognition, fear conditioning), and enhance the predictive value of models in drug screening.
- 生物标志物与转化研究:推动AD相关生物标志物(脑脊液/血液中的Aβ、tau、NfL等)在临床前研究中的应用,建立从动物模型到临床转化的研究桥梁,支持客户的药物开发决策。
Biomarker & Translational Research: Drive the application of AD-related biomarkers (e.g., Aβ, tau, NfL in CSF/blood) in preclinical research, establish a translational research bridge from animal models to clinical settings, and support clients' drug development decisions.
- 技术前沿跟踪与创新:持续跟踪AD领域的最新研究进展(如新型治疗靶点、modality等),评估并引入适用于药物评价的新技术和新方法,保持团队在行业内的技术领先优势。
Technology Frontier Tracking & Innovation: Continuously monitor the latest research advances in the AD field (e.g., novel therapeutic targets, new modalities), evaluate and introduce new technologies and methods applicable to drug evaluation, and maintain the team's competitive technical edge.
团队管理与人才培养 / Team Management & Talent Development
- 团队领导与建设:领导和管理AD研究团队(包括项目负责人、研究员、高级研究员和技术人员),负责团队成员的招聘、培训、绩效评估和职业发展规划,营造积极向上的科研氛围。
Team Leadership & Development: Lead and manage the AD research team (including SD, Scientists, Senior Scientists, and Technical Staff), responsible for recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development planning, fostering a positive and productive research environment.
- 实验质量监督:监督实验设计、数据采集与统计分析、结果解释的全过程,确保科学研究的严谨性和可重复性,建立和完善标准化操作流程(SOP)。
Experimental Quality Oversight: Oversee the entire process of experimental design, data collection and statistical analysis, and result interpretation, ensuring scientific rigor and reproducibility, and establishing standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
客户对接与业务拓展 / Client Engagement & Business Development
- 客户项目管理:负责国内外客户AD相关项目的对接与管理,参与客户会议讨论,进行平台能力展示,评估实验需求,准备项目报价和技术方案,确保项目高质量按时交付。
Client Project Management: Lead the engagement and management of domestic and international client AD-related projects, participate in client meetings, showcase platform capabilities, assess experimental needs, prepare project quotations and technical proposals, and ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery.
- 业务拓展与行业合作:与BD团队紧密协作,参与行业会议、学术研讨会等活动,展示公司在AD领域的技术平台和研究能力;维护和拓展与学术界、工业界客户及行业伙伴的合作关系,提升公司在AD药物研发领域的行业影响力。
Business Development & Industry Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the BD team, participate in industry conferences and academic seminars to showcase the company's AD technology platform and research capabilities; maintain and expand partnerships with academic, industrial clients, and industry stakeholders, enhancing the company's industry influence in AD drug discovery.
跨部门协作 / Cross-functional Collaboration
- 内部协同:与化学、药理学、毒理学、临床研究等部门紧密合作,推动AD药物研发项目的全流程进展;为客户提供神经生物学与体内药理学方面的专业知识和建议,协助解决研究过程中的技术难题。
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Chemistry, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Clinical Research, and other departments to advance AD drug discovery projects across the entire workflow; provide expert knowledge and advice in neurobiology and in vivo pharmacology, and assist in resolving technical challenges during research.
- 资源与预算管理:管理AD方向的实验预算和资源分配,优化实验流程与研究效率,确保团队资源的高效利用。
Resource & Budget Management: Manage experimental budgets and resource allocation for the AD research direction, optimize experimental workflows and research efficiency, and ensure effective utilization of team resources.
任职要求 / Qualifications
基本条件 / Essential Requirements
- 学历与经验:神经生物学、药理学、神经科学或相关领域博士学位,具有8年及以上AD或神经退行性疾病方向的科研或工业界工作经验。
Education & Experience: Ph.D. in Neurobiology, Pharmacology, Neuroscience, or related field, with 5+ years of research or industry experience focused on AD or neurodegenerative diseases.
- AD专业背景:在阿尔茨海默病研究领域具有深厚的学术积累,熟悉AD的病理机制(Aβ级联假说、tau病变、神经炎症、突触损伤等),了解当前AD药物研发的前沿趋势和主要挑战。
AD Expertise: Deep academic foundation in Alzheimer's disease research, familiar with AD pathological mechanisms (Aβ cascade hypothesis, tau pathology, neuroinflammation, synaptic injury, etc.), and aware of current frontier trends and major challenges in AD drug discovery.
- 管理经验:具有5年以上神经科学或相关领域的研究团队管理经验,包括团队搭建与人才培养、项目组合规划与资源统筹、跨部门协作及与外部合作伙伴(如CRO、学术机构、客户)的高效沟通;具备带领团队支持药物发现与开发全流程(从靶点验证到临床前概念验证)的管理经验者优先。
Minimum of 5 years of research team management experience in neuroscience or a related field, including team building and talent development, portfolio planning and resource allocation, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication with external partners (e.g., CROs, academic institutions, and clients). Prior experience leading a team to support the full spectrum of drug discovery and development—from target validation through preclinical proof-of-concept—is highly preferred.

Animal Model & Behavioral Experience: Extensive experience with AD transgenic animal models, proficient in relevant behavioral assessment methods (cognitive function, memory function, emotional behavior, etc.), with the ability to independently design and lead complex in vivo experiments.
- 项目管理能力:卓越的项目管理能力,能够同时管理多个项目,激励团队实现高水平的项目执行和交付。
Project Management: Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and motivating teams to achieve high-level execution and delivery.
- 沟通能力:良好的书面和口头沟通能力,能够清晰地向内部团队和外部合作伙伴传达科学见解、项目诉求和进展。
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly convey scientific insights, project requirements, and progress to internal teams and external partners.
- 英语能力:优秀的英文专业文献调研及汇报能力,英文听说读写流利。
- English Proficiency: Excellent English literature research and reporting capabilities; fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- 优先条件 / Preferred Qualifications
- 有AD方向创新药(小分子、抗体、基因治疗、小核酸等)临床开发经验者优先。
Experience in clinical development of innovative AD therapeutics (small molecules, antibodies, gene therapy, oligo, etc.) is preferred.
- 有CRO/CDMO行业从业经验,熟悉客户服务模式和项目管理流程。
Experience in the CRO/CDMO industry, familiar with client service models and project management workflows.
- 在国际知名期刊发表过AD相关高质量学术论文。
Track record of high-quality AD-related publications in internationally recognized journals.
- 具有跨文化团队管理或国际合作项目经验。
Experience in cross-cultural team management or international collaborative projects.
- 具有前瞻性思维和创新能力,能够引领团队探索AD研究的新兴领域和新技术。
Forward-thinking and innovative mindset, capable of leading the team to explore emerging areas and new technologies in AD research.
