Responsibilities

1、Develop and execute plans and programs for existing accounts in his/her geography to grow each account

2、Develop strategies and tactics to gain new business

3、Work proactively with TIDES Discovery teams to achieve PO and new molecule targets for key accounts and new accounts

4、Report on progress of BD activities and provide regular updates to TIDES management teams

5、Ensure that various data sources are available and accurate in order to provide competitive intelligence, tracking and analysis of the competitive landscape

1、5+ years of relevant industry experience in oligo and/or peptide discovery . Experience in CRO, CMO is preferred, but not required.

2、5+ years of sales, project management or sourcing experience

3、Must have a proven track record of success meeting or exceeding goals/targets

4、Must be self-driven, self-managed, highly flexible, highly efficiency with excellent communication and business negotiation skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills). Must be well-organized and detailed-oriented.

5、Proven experience in creating successful business development plans and processes. Marketing experience preferred but not required.

6、English communication skills are preferred, but not required

7、A professional degree and training in Chemistry, pharmaceutical science or other related fields is required. -Ph.D or M.S. degree is preferred, Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is nice to have but not required.

8、Capable of working independently with frequent short-term business travel.
