1. Ph.D. in pharmaceuticals or related disciplines with 7+ years’ experience oral solid dosage development. Or MSc in pharmaceuticals or related disciplines with 12+ years’ experience in oral solid dosage development.

制药或其他相关学科博士学位，7年以上的口服固体开发经验。或制药或其他相关学科硕士学位，12年以上的口服固体开发经验。

1. Familiar with the early phase development of new drug product and relative regulations.

熟悉新药早期的开发流程及相关法规。

1. Know-how and expertise in lab scale, pilot scale and production scale pharmaceutical equipment for oral solid dosage form.
