Legal Counsel- Legal Counsel (Clinical)

Reporting to the Director, Clinical Legal Services, the Clinical Legal Counsel is responsible for providing legal advice and litigation services to CAMH clinical teams and administrators with respect to civil and forensic mental health law.

The successful candidate will represent CAMH and its clinicians in a variety of legal proceedings, including before the Consent and Capacity Board, the Ontario Review Board, various regulatory Colleges, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
