Agent (SR) Route Owner

Responsible for optimizing flight capacity, load factors, revenue, and contribution margins through effective route and booking management. The role involves forecasting flight performance, steering capacity allocation, supporting stations with space and pricing inquiries, following up on cargo build-up, resolving operational irregularities, and collaborating closely with Revenue Management, Pricing, and analytical teams. The position requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree, fluency in English, and proficiency in MS Office are essential; experience in a similar role is an advantage.
