Senior Analyst, Organisational Development

In this position you will as an Organisational Development Senior Analyst, you will work closely with the OD team providing support for the coordination, design, development, and delivery of learning and development initiatives and other OD offerings including performance management, talent management, DISC profiles and succession planning across bolttech. You will play a key role in in managing our learning platform and enabling data-driven insights to enhance learning effectiveness. You will also be involved in supporting a range of projects to embed sustainable change.
