Director of Product Management

The Director of Product, serves as a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the long-term vision for TERREPOWER’s industrial product portfolio. This role drives enterprise-level growth by aligning product strategy, innovation, and go-to-market execution with evolving market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive benchmarks.

The Director will own end-to-end product lifecycle leadership, from ideation and development through commercialization and end-of-life, while ensuring tight cross-functional integration across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Pricing, and Operations. With a strong focus on value creation, portfolio optimization, and scalable growth, this leader will position and sustain TERREPOWER as a market leader in the industrial space by accelerating adoption, expanding share, and delivering differentiated solutions across core and growth segments.
