Credit & Collections Specialist

The Account Management & Collections Specialist keeps account setup, reopens, and collections activity accurate and current. Working closely with Sales and Accounting, you'll process new account setups, MSO and acquisition onboarding, and account reopens — typically 10-15 requests a day — all while protecting cash flow, clean records, and good customer experience.

This is a hybrid role: part account setup and system administration, part collections. You'll need to move fluidly between the two, prioritizing what's due each day without letting either side slip.
