What You'll Do

Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service.
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
Answer phones and assist guests with questions and requests.
Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
Complete the nightly audit process and reconcile daily transactions.
Prepare reports and ensure financial accuracy.
Monitor hotel security and safety throughout the overnight shift.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Communicate important information to hotel leadership and team members.
