Technical Adviser (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Installation of the machine that we sell to the customer.
• Instruction of the machine on the customer's site, including the foreign countries.
• General customer service, including by telephone call.
• Preparing the quotations for the customer.
• Production test at our laboratory.
• Managing the ingredients and the equipment including our Machine in the laboratory (Cooperating with the other staff).
• Planning and execution of in-house Messe, the exhibition and other presentation.
• Incidental work with the above items.

Requirements

• The knowledge of bread making as well as machines.
• Experience in the food industry is a plus.
• Fluent German and English. Other languages are preferred
• Business trips occur relatively frequently.
