Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d) for Fluid Systems

### How You’ll Make an Impact
**Supplier Monitoring**

• Perform supplier oversight and product inspections for regular project execution to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Inspection types include:
• Visual inspection
• Dimensional inspection
• Weld inspection
• Coating inspection
• Pressure testing
• Electrical inspection
• Traceability verification
• Quality records review

**Supplier Qualification and Development**

• Perform routine audits according to supplier risk categorization and audit programs.
• Support supplier evaluation and commodity strategy definition.
• Implement supplier quality improvement programs and risk mitigation measures.

**Nonconformance Management**

• Identify and initiate containment actions for any detected non-conformances.
• Follow up with corrective and preventive actions as necessary.

**Digitalization & Process Excellence**

• Utilize Supplier Quality & Development tools and databases to create process transparency and generate supplier quality performance reports.
• Contribute ideas to enhance the company's digitalization landscape, including the use of agentic AI solutions.

### What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience will also be considered.
• Several years of professional experience in:
• Supplier Quality Management
• Quality Management
• Engineering
• Or a related technical role within the Power Generation industry or a comparable sector.

**Quality & Auditing Experience**

• Experience in quality management and/or auditing.
• Knowledge of:
• ISO 9001
• ISO 14001
• ISO 45001

**Quality Methods**

• Practical experience with quality tools and methodologies, such as:
• 5 Why Analysis
• FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
• 8D Problem Solving
• RCA (Root Cause Analysis)

**Technical Knowledge (Advantageous)**

• Design of pressure equipment
• Electrical equipment
• Welding technologies
• Coating and surface preparation
• Inspection methods:
• Visual Inspection (VT)
• Penetrant Testing (PT)
• Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
• Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
• Radiographic Testing (RT)
• Material cleaning and preservation

**Additional Requirements**

• Willingness to travel approximately 35% of the time.
• Strong communication skills in English.
