About The Role
- Full-time | 40 hours per week | Vienna Headquarters, Austria
- Your contribution will be
- Continuously improving FOUR PAWS' global Process Management Framework, ensuring consistency and scalability across regions and departments
- Leading and managing multiple process improvement projects across the organisation, implementing all steps of the methodology (scope, design, documentation, measurement and evaluation)
- Coordinating FOUR PAWS process improvement roadmap and manage the portfolio of process initiatives
- Driving the digitalisation and automation of processes workflows to optimise process execution
- Defining performance indicators and goals for processes and projects, aligning these with FOUR PAWS' strategic goals and objectives
- Creating and maintaining BPMN process diagrams using Microsoft Visio or similar tools to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment across teams
- Developing and deploying automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
- Using advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Power Query, pivot tables, and VBA/macros) to perform data analysis, create dashboards, and measure process performance
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Experience in process analysis, mapping, and improvement methodologies using BPMN standards and tools such as Microsoft Visio (or similar)
- Proficiency in Excel, hands-on experience with automation and data tools e.g. Microsoft Power BI is an advantage
- Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
- Ability to design, standardize, and monitor KPIs to ensure long-term process efficiency and operational excellence
- Implementation-oriented mindset with a focus on practical and sustainable results
- High intercultural competence and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse global teams
- Excellent English and strong communication skills
