Basic Function of the Job

Maintain tester functionality and minimize downtime. Perform systematic DV, tester conversion per production/planner, support new setup and GRR, and ensure proper housekeeping. Meet customer expectations in line with Quality Policy.

Responsibilities

Sustain module tester line operations and ensure all testers run efficiently. Perform periodic DV, support troubleshooting, and stop testers if quality or safety issues arise. Improve ergonomics and efficiency through elimination, simplification, integration, and automation. Support yield and testability improvement, reduce over-rejection, and enhance tester performance. Conduct SPC monitoring and apply Risk-Based Thinking in all tasks. Ensure compliance with Safety, ESD, Cleanroom, ISO, and company regulations. Drive continual improvement and perform any duties assigned by superior.
