Medical Education Coordinator-UAEN

The purpose of the Program Coordinator role is to provide structured administrative, operational, and documentation support to the Medical Internship Program, ensuring effective program functioning, regulatory compliance, and continuity.

The role is designed to

• Support Program Directors and Associate Program Directors by managing non-clinical operational responsibilities
• Maintain program documentation, records, and communications in a manner that is audit-ready and accreditation-compliant
• Facilitate coordination between interns, faculty, committees, hospital departments, and group-level governance structures
• Enable safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of internship training activities

Inadequate administrative coordination poses risks to program continuity, accreditation compliance, faculty workload, and intern experience; this role exists to mitigate those risks through structured support.
