Salary range (but not limited to)

94,200 - 115,200

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

En tant qu'Analyste d'affaires TI principal(e) au sein de l’équipe TI des Ressources humaines, vous serez chargé de traduire les besoins d’affaires en exigences techniques pour l’équipe informatique. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec diverses parties prenantes pour analyser les besoins d’affaires, concevoir des solutions informatiques et améliorer les processus opérationnels.

Analyse des besoins

  • Organiser et prendre part aux ateliers de spécification des besoins afin d'identifier et de documenter les exigences d’affaires et les solutions informatiques.
  • Analyser les processus d'affaires existants et proposer des améliorations.

Conception de solutions

  • Traduire les besoins d’affaire en exigences fonctionnelles et techniques.
  • Proposer des solutions novatrices pour optimiser l'efficacité opérationnelle et réduire les coûts.
  • Participer à la conception, à la validation et à l'estimation des efforts requis pour les solutions informatiques.
  • Appuyer le développement, les activités d'assurance qualité et les tests d'acceptation.

Gestion de projet

  • Contribuer à la planification, à la coordination et à la gestion des projets informatiques.
  • Veiller au respect des délais, des budgets et des standards de qualité.

Documentation et formation

  • Rédiger et maintenir la documentation fonctionnelle.
  • Élaborer et mettre à jour les plans de test.
  • Assurer le support après l'implémentation.

Collaboration

  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'architecte, les développeurs, les Ressources humaines et les autres départements concernés.
  • Garantir une communication fluide entre les différentes parties prenantes.
  • Signaler les risques d’affaires à l’équipe.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit

  • Diplôme en informatique, gestion des systèmes d'information ou un domaine similaire.
  • Au moins 4 ans d'expérience en tant qu'analyste d'affaires ou dans un poste comparable.
  • Compétences solides en analyse et résolution de problèmes.
  • Excellente maîtrise des systèmes d'information et de leurs cycles de vie.
  • Expérience et/ou connaissances des processus et systèmes dans le secteur des ressources humaines.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
  • Expérience en analyse dans le cadre de l'utilisation du système Workday est un atout.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en même temps tout en respectant les délais.
  • Forte aptitude au leadership et à la prise d'initiative.
  • Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
  • Connaissance des méthodologies Agile et/ou Scrum est un avantage.
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) - Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays.
  • Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada
