The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,650 - $222,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Position reports to the Google New York, NY office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.
The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google’s full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field and 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Commercial Strategy & Operations-related occupation.
Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field, and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Commercial Strategy & Operations-related occupation.
Position requires 4 years of experience in the following: Business strategy development or management consulting. Root cause analysis of ambiguous business problems. Data analysis, including creating complex data sets, data modeling, and strategic reporting. Presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership or executive influencing. Project management of multi-stakeholder initiatives, including risk mitigation.
Responsibilities
Define comprehensive business strategies by performing in-depth analysis of market trends and competitive landscapes to solve complex challenges and drive growth
Synthesize actionable insights from sophisticated business modeling and data analysis to develop hypotheses and inform strategic recommendations for leadership
Lead the successful implementation of large-scale change initiatives by creating actionable plans, defining project scope, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders
Design and manage operational cadences, processes, and programs to establish strong business rigor and improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency
Deliver persuasive, data-driven presentations and strategic narratives to influence executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for recommended courses of action. Cultivate trusted partnerships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to champion business objectives and ensure collaborative execution on critical programs
