We are seeking experienced FRA Multi-Trade Operatives to join the Community Works team delivering fire safety remedial works across Lambeth’s housing stock.

The role involves carrying out FRA-compliant repairs including fire door repairs, compartmentation and fire stopping works, ensuring that buildings remain safe and compliant with fire safety requirements.

You must hold NVQ Level 2 in a core trade (Carpentry or Plumbing) and have additional multi-trade skills. Experience working in housing repairs and using handheld technology to manage work orders is desirable.

Successful candidates will be expected to undertake BM Trada training and assessments as part of the role.
