**ABOUT THE POSITION**

This role will help with the accounting function across our affiliated companies. In addition to standard accounting tasks, they will support internal auditing and have opportunities to make suggestions to improve processes and internal reporting. This role offers a great opportunity to make an impact in a wide range of areas.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**

  • Assist with month-end close, including journal entries and accruals, financial statement preparation and variance analysis.
  • Maintain account reconciliations with supporting documentation of assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate periodic testing and review of internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Assist Controller with various analysis of GL activity.
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports with analysis.
  • Assist with annual audit and provide backup support for other accounting functions as needed.

## Qualifications
**QUALIFICATIONS**

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Corporate Accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • High integrity and values that align with the company’s culture.

  • Solid time management skills. Punctual.
