# Join Our Team!

We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as a Production Associate I in our window and door manufacturing facility. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for growth, training, and advancement within the company.

# What You’ll Do

• Assist in the production of windows and doors by operating machinery and tools
• Assemble components such as frames, glass, and hardware
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow production schedules and meet daily goals (UPAH)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets

## Qualifications
# What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with others

# Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (heat, noise, dust).
