**SUMMARY**

The Engineer I is responsible for

• Respond to all guest's requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in department needs as directed.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Engineer I’s primary responsibilities will include

• **Respond or perform duties of a groundskeeper, handle and double check guest requests in a courteous, efficient, safe manner.**
• Complete work order request forms on a daily and timely basis.
• Perform duties of helper or as assigned.
• Report any unsafe conditions to the Director of Engineering.

## Qualifications
## REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITY

• Must have basic knowledge of building mechanical systems and controls, energy management and building maintenance skills.
• May require ability to drive pick-up truck and snow removal equipment.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities are required.

**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**

• Education –High school diploma required.
• Experience – Six months experience in related field preferred.
