• Supervise waiters and waitresses
• Train new staff
• Hold pre-service briefings with staff
• Communicate with kitchen staff about specials and menu changes
• Allocate table sections for service
• Ensure tables are set correctly
• Deal with any problems that may arise
• Organize the clean-up and closing of the restaurant

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Shift

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift

Experience

• Matire'd: 2 years (Required)
