## Description

We are seeking a reliable and friendly **Cashier** to join our team at Love Lane Market. As a cashier, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling transactions efficiently and providing excellent customer service. Your role is essential in ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

• Greet customers warmly as they enter and approach the checkout counter
• Accurately scan, price, and bag merchandise
• Process cash, credit, debit, and other payment transactions
• Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Answer customer inquiries and assist with product location when necessary
• Follow all store policies and procedures regarding cash handling
• Count and reconcile cash drawer at beginning and end of shift
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor or manager
• Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness when not at the register
